Danly S4-series 1000-ton straight-side press (4-post frame, single main slide). The Danly S4-1000-144-84 is a large straight-side (4-post) mechanical press. The model “S4” denotes a single-slide (single-action) configuration. Only the main ram moves (delivering 1000 tons), and there is no separate blankholder slide. Its drive is a dual-crank (double-eccentric) mechanical system, but functionally it is a single-action press (one moving slide). This makes it a classic 4-post single-action stamping press: a rigid straight-side frame with a single slide (single-action) used for high-tonnage pressing.
